This session happens with both partners present and wanting to work on relationship issues and concerns. This can include problems with communication, trust, intimacy, conflicts, or major life changes. The goal is to improve understanding, strengthen the relationship, and develop healthier ways of interacting with each other.

We work through personal issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, or life changes. During this session you can understand your feelings, improve your mental health, and develop strategies to deal with life problems. I use CBT, Trauma focused CBT, CETA, and a few other therapies. Therapy sessions in short help you wherever you are to get to where you want to be

Orientation call to go over psychological supervision and clinical oversight.
